I'm SURE Dan and Catherine's book has been discussed somewhere on the blog, sometime. But I just DEVOURED this sequel to Dan's book about the band. I must admit I was busy proofreading while I flew through this and I found some errors! However, it's a BIG improvement from his first book. It displays Dan's writing talents and his intelligence, more like we see in his ministry writings.
Many times I found myself laughing so hard I couldn't breathe! Dan had a gift for telling funny stories. After hearing of all their adventures, a tropical "paradise" would be the LAST place I would want to live! Despite its incompatibility with where I'd like to be, or what I'd like to do, I was captivated and couldn't put it down until I finished it.
If you haven't read this book, I heartily recommend it! There are some sad and difficult parts to move through. But, it's well-written, moves fast and overall, it's terribly funny!
