Mornin', Y'all! I just read a book that my cousin gave me the weekend I was in Sacramento to see America at the State Fair. I KNOW Dan Peek would really like it. So I'm going to stick my long, skinny neck out and recommend it here. I have the paperback edition, which is about 1/2 inch thick. I found one spelling error (teehee) and several sentences that made me limp and read them again to figure out what he was saying. Other than that, it's very clear, very simple and DOable! I think it's the most important book I've come across in the last decade! The book is written by a Lutheran pastor. My cousin is Lutheran. I'm not, but that doesn't matter. After being a missionary for years, I can say the book is spot on. It brings missions down to the individual level. All you need is to be a person and to have relationships with other people! "Joining Jesus on His Mission" - How to be an Everyday Missionary, by Greg Finke. Amazon's price is $8.49, which I think is high for an EBook. But then I think everything over FREE is "high." It's available for Nook and another Edevice I've never heard of. Paperback edition is listed on Amazon at $14.something. God bless you guys, and Go For It!!! Enjoy!
