Ricochet

Hey KoG! I finally got around to checking up on your band Ricochet. You must have had a GOOD concert! Their highest-ranking song, "Daddy's Money," is o.k. The one that REALLY impressed me was, "What Do I Know." That has such a nice melody and the guy who sings lead has a pleasing voice, similar to Gerry's when he was in top form; brassy, nice vibrato and high. I also liked "Long is Stronger Than Pride." Whether it's just lofty thoughts or what, their lyrics have something to say in these 2 songs. "He Left a Lot to be Desired," wasn't at all what I thought it would be! A cool twist in the lyrics. They've had a lot of turnover down through the years. I don't like that. Stable relationships (until recent years) is one of the things that attracted me to America. It's a demonstration of good character and/or the desire and ability to get to the heart of the matter and work things out.
