Now that Heritage 2 came out, that's three albums of America demos and vault finds. In all, there are ten songs that weren't released back in their heyday. Which is perfect because ten songs are par for the course of an America album.
So, I created a new album today called Twenty-Dollar Bill. Why? You know the feeling of finding a twenty in an old coat pocket? That's what these songs are like. Just pure joy.
Here is the track list:
1. How Long
2. Mitchum Junction
3. Mandy
4. James Holliday
5. Look Up, Look Down
6. Winter of Our Love
7. Jameroony
8. Man of Pride
9. Sea of Destiny
10. When I Was Five
I think I got them all. But I've been listening to this "new" album all day. It's like going back in a time machine. In the 70s, nobody was better.
