Good Morning KoG! You got ahold of a goody here! I watched the whole thing and feel that I need to know more. I'm going to share this with my landlord and my cousin in Indiana.
My landlord and I are always discussing what's going on in America and why. Tuesday he came by and we again talked about America as well as the terrible fires still raging up here, for over a month. He mentioned a message I heard recently out of Bethel, "beware the leaven of Herod and beware the leaven of the pharisees." As we discussed the timeliness of that message in view of current events, I said, "If MY people who are called by MY name..."
So, what is our response, KoG, individually and corporately? Isaiah 9:10 or II Chronicles 7:14?

S - I'm glad to read that you found the video worthy of viewing and that you plan to share it with your landlord and your cousin. I try to tell friends and family that the church age is quickly coming to a close and that the rapture is much sooner than most believers realize much less what non-believers think. All we can do is to tell anyone who will listen. I have not been one in the past to talk very much about religious topics on a public forum, but I sense that time is closing in on us, and I don't want anyone to be unprepared for what is coming upon this earth.
Regarding Jonathan Cahn's harbinger warnings as revealed to him by God, I think the message is true. We can still change our course as a nation, but I don't think we will. Individuals like you and me can do what we can, but the majority of our national leaders won't. I believe a major terrorist attack is going to occur as ISIS terrorists have vowed. I think they will strike New York City particularly the financial district which will surely cripple the country. I wouldn't be surprised if it's done with a suitcase nuke. After all, some are still missing and unaccounted for from Russia, I believe. Will the rapture occur right before? Only time will tell.
From the video we can see where following Isaiah 9:10 will get us. II Chronicles 7:14 is the only option. As you and I know, being on earth during the tribulation will be "hell on earth." But, there is an escape for each individual as the video tells us.
Would really liked to have heard Dan's opinion on these matters. I feel though that he would have agreed wholeheartedly with the video.

Good Morning KoG! I already shared with my cousin. No response from him, as I wished him a happy birthday and that notion consumed his return email! Says he's getting older, dumber and uglier! Must've had a BAD day?
The cool thing about this video is how the man constantly backs everything up with Scripture! I really like that. The fact that he's a Messianic Jew score BIG points with me. He's got background that we need to learn from.
One of the points he brought out that very much caught my eye was in comparing past events in Israel, with our American foundations and then with events surrounding 9/11. He kept saying, "They don't know what they're doing." Gerry has interesting lyrics, "There was a time I knew all that there was to know. No one could tell me then I was wrong. I wasn't strong enough to see where my weakness lay..." We think, as individuals or as a nation that we know it all. In reality, we don't know diddly, unless God reveals it to us.
Another interesting thing that struck me, although he never said a thing was the notion of building towers. I immediately went back to the Tower of Babel and the reason for its construction! Scarey.
As I look at our own local conditions, we still have forest fires, some of which began late July, all caused by lightning strikes. Overnight one fire increased from 82,956 acres to 88,546 and they called that a "calm night!" Just in my county alone, 170,000 acres have burned, and that's a conservative estimate, not counting fires that are out. In all, counting surrounding counties, we've had 256,731 acres burn!They are predicting relative humidity of 6-12% and temps in the high 80's to low 90's today, all making conditions worse. Breathing the smoke is one thing. Breathing in ASH is quite another! All this is a poignant reminder of why I do NOT want to go through the Tribulation!
I would really like to know Dan's opinions on this video. Still haven't read his writings on the End Times. Perhaps later today?

Yes, the fact that Jonathan Cahn has a background as a Messianic Jew is awesome. The man knows what he is talking about as revealed to him by God. He surely has been chosen to reveal to anyone who has an ear to hear what God's heart wants us all to know. Plus, God is sending us a message via the four blood moons that "just happens" to each fall on a Jewish Feast Day this year and the next. The first one appeared on Passover, April 15 of this year. The last one will appear on the Jewish Feast Day of Sukkot, September 23, 2015. That day is also known as the Feast of Tabernacles. It is said that four blood moons falling on Jewish Feast Days usually spells bad news for Isreal in the way of war, and just look what is going on there currently with Hamas and their firing of rockets into Isreal; their numerous breaking of truces; and the recent kidnapping and killing of three Jewish students by Hamas. But, Isreal always comes out victorious thanks be to God.
Your mention of the building of towers fits in perfectly with the next video I would like to post. It will hopefully help prove to any non-believer or one sitting on the fence of whether or not to believe that there is a God. As you and I know, God is the only one true God who has a Son named Jesus who died for our sins and has provided us all a way to salvation and eternal life in Heaven if we simply call on His name to forgive us of our sins and to be our Savior. It's so simple yet we tend to make it so tough and complex when it's not.

KoG! How patient are you? I ran away from home yesterday and haven't gotten 'round to MANY things, including viewing your 2nd video, folding laundry, patchwork projects, cleaning bathrooms, emails and what-not! Gotta post on the "blues" thread too! Henk must think I dropped off the planet. I haven't, Henk!
Went to Bethel yesterday. Just wanted some refreshment and to hear from God. I wasn't disappointed! I got 3 pictures/words. I think I know what 2 of them mean, as to where I am right now in life. The third? It remains to be seen. Bill preached a nice message, hysterical at times, as I could really relate to what he was saying. Not great depth this time. But after awhile, you can put new pieces into the larger puzzle and I like that. Had a very nice chat with a young man from Tucson, who's just beginning a school of ministry. He does NOT want to return to Tucson afterwards, no matter what! I told him what we were told when I began my missionary "career," and encouraged him to go back and work on those familial relationships, no matter how hard they may be, before he tries to move out into the bigger scene. He didn't like what I said. But he listened.
I checked out the bookstore and was delighted to find Jonathan Cahn's book on the shelf! I feel confident enough in Bethel's "position" to check out their recommendations - the ones that interest me. Of course, I'm responsible to use the revelation I've been given to wade through others' ideas. But I'll try to get the book when I have spare pennies!!!

No problem, S. Just as long as you read it before 9/13/15. After that date, I don't think it will matter any more. I think you'll see what I mean by that date after you view the video.
