Samantha Mora Posts Two New Videos
Posted on: 02/08/2010 02:34 PM

Friends,

This past Saturday I posted two new youtube videos of Samantha my daughter singing.

Samantha has applied for admission to a performing arts high school in Santa Ana, California. Samantha will submit a DVD containing the two videos to the school to serve as her vocal audition.

The two songs are "Sway" by Bic Runga and "Outside Looking In" by Jordan Pruitt.

This is our first youtube video of her singing "Sway" and second youtube video of her singing "Outside."

The videos are at youtube.com/ajmora.

I write this post because some of you have had nice comments in the past about Samantha's singing and I thought you'd like to be updated. Also, both songs have Samantha singing a strong melody and lyrics with me backing her up on acoustic guitar to show her comfort and ability in this (very-America) style.

Not least of all, I am giddy at how my daughter's singing continues to improve!

I hope you get a chance to check the videos out!

Samantha has a beautiful voice, and I know you must be a very proud father. I also enjoyed your guitar playing - a very talented father-daughter team!! I'll keep my fingers crossed that she gets to attend the performing arts school and fulfill her dreams.
