 MIAMI CONCERT - Feb. 21

Chaz here is one happy camper!!

I just purchased tickets to the Miami show (Magic City Casino) on Feb. 21. Anyone else going to this one? I'll be rocking on in Section P6, Row 3, Centre, Seats 9 & 10...(yes probably spilling over into my husband's seat in all my excitement).

Tomorrow...I'll be purchasing my plane tickets! You know the score...buy the AMERICA tickets first...plan the trip later.

So looking forward to hearing FOOLIN', HERE & SLEEPER TRAIN.

So happy for you Chaz!!! Have a great time, and remember every detail to share with the rest of us who are missing out. They even canceled the Feb 14 too-expensive-show in Austin, so now I can't even go watch them get off the bus!! Side note: I wonder why nobody suggested AMERICA for the Superbowl halftime show????

I'm really sorry to hear the Austin concert was cancelled, but then you know...the GUYS WILL be back in Texas again soon. I can't have you standing beneath an underpass infested with bats, watching for THE bus to roll by. (You made me LOL with that one).

I was watching the Superbowl half-time thinking...hmmm....AMERICA would have been perfect for this gig. Maybe next year!

And I picked a concert, too, in October at Cache Creek. Front row in the gold circle section, aisle seat, left side, and directly behind the sound booth. Thanks to Joy for posting that phone number earlier, because that's how I found it. Can't wait to receive the ticket in the mail, so I can confirm that it's really true. Cheers! :)

Chaz here is no longer a happy camper! We had to cancel our trip to Miami. Needless to say, I'm feelin' kinda blue. My AMERICA tickets will most likely arrive in the mail tomorrow and I'll probably have a good cry.

Dear Fan1974...I'll be looking forward to hearing every delicious detail of the concert. I hope you have a wonderful time. I'll be there with you in spirit!

And Jen...if you are able to get to this concert...feel free to take my Section 6, Row 3, seats 9 & 10. If the GUYS are still adopting their usual stage positions, you'll most likely be sitting right below Dear Dewey.

Chaz...I'm so sorry to hear that you had to cancel your trip to Miami, I know the feeling as I've had to miss a few shows I had tickets to :( I'm hoping that there is another AMERICA concert for you to attend ASAP!

Susanne...I'm looking forward to seeing you at Cache Creek. Did you see the band is playing Thunder Valley Casino on July 4th?? I called and, as far as I can tell, the show is *free*...first come, first serve :) I'll be checking back to be sure as their new hotel is slated to open July 1st but we are planning on going...brought back memories of July 4, 2007 (although that was an outdoor concert).

I noticed your post on FB yesterday about July 4th. I'm checking out the route on MapQuest and it looks good and maybe not as far as Roseville. (It's actually about 10 minutes north of Roseville.) It's on a Sunday and free. WOW! Let me know when you find out how to sign up. :)
