Sad to see his passing, but we are at the age where the personalities we grew up with are passing on. His work with Gerry was pretty good and probably deserved to get some airplay in the US; but he was stereotyped as a teeny bopper from his days on the Partridge Family, and he just could not overcome that in the US. Though he did enjoy some post-Partridge success overseas. Not only did Gerry help with his solo album, but I understand he contributed backing vocals to America's Hideaway album. RIP David Cassidy.
