Good Morning, Bluey! At least it's still morning here! Many times when you or Henk upload a video, I listen to other things the same YouTube poster has collected. So I stumbled across this song by another Aussie, Darlene Zschech, from Hillsongs in Sydney! With a surname like that, she's gotta be Polish, come to think of it! My rule is: if it's got 4 or more consonants together, it's Polish. Anyhow, "Everything" and "The Potter's Hand," both remind me of what I've been chewing on the last couple of days, Psalm 19:1-4a, "The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament shows and proclaims His handiwork. Day after day pours forth speech, and night after night shows forth knowledge. There is no speech nor spoken word (from the stars); their voice is not heard. yet their voice (in evidence) goes out through all the earth, their sayings to the end of the world..." I tie all that in with Gerry's lyrics on "One Horse Town, 'Full moon shine bright, light up my way through the night'." Then there's "Hope, 'There's a light shining bright beyond the southern cross, burning bright for everyone of us who's lost'." Add on, "Sheltering Sky, 'It's a long, long way from here to there, silent shadows over the dateline, we both stare at the same blue moon, under the sheltering sky'." I ask myself, "What's the message that's going forth right now, during these interesting days? What is my response?" Dan knows and I picture him nodding his head! Potter's Hand
