Glad you got things ironed out with your two new car tires and the improper mounting of one of them. I always have trouble with Walmart's automotive shop, but I continue to go back inspite of the problems. Two out of the last three times I went for an oil change, they overflowed the oil by a whole quart. The last time I went, I pointed out exactly where the full mark is on the dipstick just so they wouldn't overfill it like they had done the time before last. After they drove my car out of the bay after having changed the oil, I checked it before I drove home. Sure enough, the dude overfilled it!!! I got the service guy and showed him. I said, "Didn't we go over this just so this wouldn't happen?" His only reply was, "Sorry." Plus, they charged me an extra $1.50 for an oil filter charge. I know it's only a $1.50 but it's the point. I asked what the extra cost was for when a new oil filter is part of the total cost of the oil change. I was told it was because they didn't have my car's particular oil filter on their shelf, and they were required to go to the storage closet in another area of the shop to retrieve the one my car needed. I said that's not my problem. He wouldn't refund me the difference. I had to call for the assistant manager who agreed with me and apologized after giving me back the difference. I'm glad you were able to get satisfaction from your ordeal. It can be so frustrating. Regarding the substandard-sized lots in Weed, what disaster is there if they rebuilt on them? Just curious.
