Over the years I have seen America's music classified as "soft rock", "folk rock",
"Californian Sound" and sometimes just plain "70s Rock". I can't recall any of their music that would be cloned as "Christian" or "Gospel".

There was a thread here about "America's Best Rockers".
I thought Dan's "Everyone One I Meet Is From California" [Live off Musikladen) was their best but several fans picked others by D&G as well.

I was kindly given a 2-disc "Dan Peek: Unplugged", taken from a couple of his live solo shows. He really liked to spice up his songs and some of D&Gs. "One Way (To Heaven)" seemed to be a favorite concert opener.

Remembering Dan Peek: "Divine Lady", "Love Was Just Another Word", "He's All That's Right" and "One Way (To Heaven)"

Bluey.
