DaveB, No, he was on stage with them that night. It said that he just was treated badly in ways that night, according to Dan. I remember Dan mentioning something about Chris Christian too. Something about Christian and Gerry becoming good friends and them name dropping and so on and that Christian would hang out with un-savory characters or something like that and he used to go golfing with O.J. Simpson, etc... That's all I recall.
