mdh - Funny how as a kid we enjoyed playing a record over and over. That was the case with me and "Frosty The Snowman". Glad you had an enjoyable time with the guys during your hunt. LOL, about you having a '75 Monte Carlo. My '75 GP was metallic blue with a white landau top. The interior was white with bucket seats and a center console. My dad bought it new for me. List price was just a tad under $7,000. He offered the dealership $6,000. I thought there was no way they would accept it, but to my surprise and delight, they did! Drove it during my college years and later. It was a great car. I had heard the Dazz Band's song, "Let It Whip", a number of times on the radio but never understood that was what they were singing, LOL. Cool song! I don't own any music by the Dazz Band. Along the same sound is the following. I remember seeing Michael Jackson in a video wearing a pair of those fringy pants one of the members is wearing: GAP BAND "You Dropped The Bomb On Me"
